Calendar & iCal

Check the dates before you say yes.

Bring direct bookings and imported calendar blocks into the same rental workflow. Menazil supports scheduled iCal imports so your team can see external reservations alongside the dates it manages.

How it works in your business

The same home may be listed on several channels. An old screenshot cannot tell the next teammate whether another booking has arrived or the latest import succeeded.

  1. 1

    Connect the correct property's calendar

Use the calendar feed supplied by the booking channel and map it to the exact property. Review the imported dates before relying on the connection.

  2. 2

    Review the latest recorded blocks

iCal imports run on a schedule. Check the last import status and review other channels when dates may have changed since that import.

  3. 3

    Confirm after checking availability

Treat a guest request as a request until the team has checked dates and the confirmation requirements. Keep owner stays and maintenance periods visible to the team too.

Have these ready to get started

  • Correct property-to-calendar mapping
  • Latest import status
  • Overlapping booking or owner stay
  • Channel check before confirmation

Questions before you start

How often does the calendar update?

Imports are scheduled hourly in the current setup. A new external booking may arrive between runs, so the team still checks availability before confirmation.

Does iCal sync prices and messages?

This connection imports calendar blocks. It does not claim to synchronise prices, guest messages or every feature of a booking channel.

Can I still take direct bookings?

Yes. Record direct bookings in your workspace and review their dates alongside imported blocks and other stays.

Start with your first property.

Create an account and confirm your email. Then create a workspace and add the property. If a team has invited you, use the invitation link.

No monthly subscription for up to 2 properties and 1 user, with a 5% booking commission.
