Set the owner and agreement
Link the property to its owner and the agreed commercial model. Ownership shares, management commission and fixed arrangements affect the calculation; they are not interchangeable.

Keep the underlying records current
Record bookings and property expenses, then review the reporting period. Refundable damage insurance is not owner income. Correct incomplete records before relying on a statement.

Review and share through owner access
Review the statement using the same server calculation as the owner portal. An authorised administrator enables owner access for the matching owner account.

No. It explains the account based on the stored records. The team handles payment through its agreed process.
