1. About Manazil. Manazil ("we", "us") operates a direct-booking platform connecting guests with short-term rental properties in Egypt. We are not a party to the rental agreement between guest and host; we facilitate discovery, inquiry, and payment.

2. Bookings. A booking is confirmed only after the host accepts the inquiry and the agreed deposit is received. Cancellation, refund, and damage-deposit terms are set by the host and shown before payment.

3. Payments. Payments may be collected by the host directly (cash, bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, Instapay) or via Manazil. Manazil charges hosts a commission; guests do not pay platform fees on top of the listed nightly rate unless stated.

4. Guest conduct. Guests must respect the property, the maximum guest count, check-in/check-out times, and applicable building rules. Damage caused during a stay may be deducted from the security deposit.

5. Host obligations. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of listing content, cleanliness, working amenities, and compliance with Egyptian law including any required permits and tax filings.

6. Liability. Manazil is not liable for indirect damages, lost personal items, or disputes arising between guest and host beyond facilitating communication and refund processing where applicable.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cairo.

1. عن منازل. منازل ("نحن") هي منصة حجز مباشر تربط الضيوف بأصحاب العقارات للإيجار قصير الأجل في مصر. نحن لسنا طرفاً في عقد الإيجار بين الضيف والمالك؛ نحن نسهّل البحث والاستفسار والدفع.

2. الحجوزات. يتم تأكيد الحجز فقط بعد قبول المالك للاستفسار واستلام مقدم الحجز المتفق عليه. سياسات الإلغاء والاسترداد والتأمين يحددها المالك وتُعرض قبل الدفع.

3. الدفع. يمكن استلام المبالغ من المالك مباشرة (كاش، تحويل بنكي، فودافون كاش، إنستاباي) أو عبر منازل. منازل تتقاضى عمولة من المالك؛ الضيف لا يدفع رسوم منصة إضافية إلا إذا ذُكر ذلك.

4. التزامات الضيف. على الضيف احترام العقار والعدد المسموح من الضيوف ومواعيد الدخول والخروج وقواعد المبنى. أي تلفيات يمكن خصمها من مبلغ التأمين.

5. التزامات المالك. المالك مسؤول عن دقة بيانات العقار، النظافة، عمل المرافق، والامتثال للقوانين المصرية وأي تصاريح أو ضرائب مطلوبة.

6. المسؤولية. منازل غير مسؤولة عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو فقد المتعلقات الشخصية أو أي نزاع بين الضيف والمالك خارج تسهيل التواصل ومعالجة الاسترداد عند الاقتضاء.

7. القانون الحاكم. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ومحاكم القاهرة هي الجهة المختصة.
