For hosts running their own units

Step-by-step host guide

Everything you need to list, manage, and earn on Menazil.

  1. Step 1

    Create your account

Sign up with your email. New accounts default to a Staff role — message us on WhatsApp once you've signed up and we'll upgrade you to Host/Owner so you can add properties.

  2. Step 2

    Add your property

From the dashboard sidebar choose Properties → Add property. Fill in the name, city (Cairo, Sahel, Sokhna, Alexandria…), address, type (Apartment, Villa, Chalet…), and short description. You can edit everything later.

  3. Step 3

    Upload real photos & amenities

Add 8–15 photos taken in person (no stock images). Tag amenities — pool, AC, WiFi, beach access, parking, kids' area — so guests can filter and trust what they see.

  4. Step 4

    Set pricing & seasons

Set a base nightly rate, a cleaning fee, and add seasonal pricing (peak summer, mid-season, off-season). Add minimum-stay rules for weekends or peak weeks. Guests see the approved quote clearly; any manager-plan fees stay in your agreed commercial terms.

  5. Step 5

    Sync your calendar

Connect Airbnb/Booking iCal feeds in Calendar Sync so imported stays block your operational calendar. iCal updates run on scheduled intervals, so the team should still verify availability before confirming a guest.

  6. Step 6

    Publish & accept bookings

Toggle Published on. Your unit goes live on Menazil, the city hub pages (e.g. /north-coast), and the public sitemap. Inquiries arrive via the dashboard and as WhatsApp messages to your contact number.

  7. Step 7

    Track payments & payouts

Record InstaPay, cash, or bank transfer payments against each booking. Admin verifies them, then totals show in Reports. Owner statements give you a clean monthly breakdown of revenue, fees, and expenses.
